Founder & Head Performance Coach
Tú is a former national-team Bobsleigh athlete — one of the first Vietnamese to compete in winter sport. After his journey on the ice tracks, he became a professional physical performance coach, bringing elite-level training knowledge back to Vietnam.
He has worked with Olympians, NCAA athletes, CrossFit champions, VBA basketball players, and martial artists — applying proven methods to improve strength, speed, and athletic performance.
His mission is simple: to elevate people beyond their limits — from youth athletes chasing speed and power, to professionals striving for peak performance, to anyone who wants to build strength, health, and confidence.

Hybrid Coach & Triathlete
Hoàng is a Hybrid Coach and Triathlete based in Da Nang, with a background spanning Parkour, basketball, boxing, and MMA before finding his path in endurance sport.
After years of self-driven training across running, swimming, cycling, and lifting, he found where he belonged — at the intersection of strength and endurance. His philosophy: strength is the foundation, endurance keeps performance alive.
Today he leads a Hybrid Training club in Da Nang, guiding athletes and everyday clients through a model that blends strength and endurance to build resilient, capable, well-rounded bodies — walking alongside every client as a training partner.
Our facility is compact but intentional. Every corner is functional — giving you the tools and environment you need to perform at your best.
